Předmětem projektu je vytvoření integrovaného prostředí pro podporu kariérové poradenství, které bude obsahovat a propojovat profesionální poradenské a diagnostické nástroje, množství informačních zdrojů a dat z oblasti trhu práce a sdílené online prostředí pro kariérové poradce. To vše pro zvýšení profesionalizace kariérových poradců, efektivity jejich práce a zajištění dostupnosti přehledných služeb kariér. poradenství pro všechny občany v jakékoliv fázi jejich vzdělávací či profesní dráhy. The aim of the project is to create an integrated career advisory environment that includes and links professional advisory and diagnostic tools, the amount of information resources and data from the labour market and a shared online environment for career advisers. All this means to increase the professionalisation of their careers, the efficiency of their work and to ensure the availability of user-friendly careers advice to all citizens at any stage of their educational or professional careers.
