V návaznosti na školení, která zajišťujeme svým zaměstnancům a která jsou dána především legislativou, se jim nyní snažíme poskytnout podrobnější a systematičtější rozvoj tak, aby byl ku prospěchu jak jim, tak naši firmě. Naši zaměstnanci si zvýší kvalifikaci a to povede k tomu, že firma zkvalitní svoje služby, obraty a počty zákazníků. Following the training provided by our staff and mainly governed by legislation, we are now seeking to provide them with more detailed and systematic development in order to benefit both them and our business. Our staff will increase their skills and this will lead to the firm’s quality of service, turnover and customer numbers. At the same time, we learn from the project that we deliver better quality and better services to our permanent customers. (English)
