    Cílem projektu je zvýšit úroveň znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců a zajistit tak soulad jejich kvalifikací a kompetencí s požadavky na vykonávané pracovní činnosti. Pomocí níže uvedených aktivit se žadatel pokusí dosáhnout stanoveného cíle a tím vyřešit nevyhovující úroveň znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí zaměstnanců a nesoulad mezi kvalifikační úrovní zaměstnanců s potřebami zaměstnavatele.     The aim of the project is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of employees in order to ensure that their qualifications and competences are consistent with the requirements of the work performed. By using the activities set out below, the applicant shall attempt to achieve the desired objective to address the unsatisfactory level of knowledge, skills and competencies of the staff and the mismatch between the qualification level of the employees with the employer’s needs.
