    Projekt je zaměřen na nastavení komplexního systému vzdělávání ve společnosti. Hlavním cílem projektu je zvýšit úroveň znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců žadatele a zajistit tak soulad jejich kvalifikací a kompetencí s požadavky na vykonávané pracovní činnosti. Díky realizaci projektu bude ve společnosti nastaven komplexní systém vzdělávání pro její stávající zaměstnance i pro všechny nově příchozí pracovníky. (Czech)

The main objective of the project is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of the applicant’s staff in order to ensure that their qualifications and competences are in line with the requirements of the work performed. As a result of the implementation of the project, the company will set up a comprehensive training system for its existing staff as well as for all newly arrived workers. (English)
