Projekt je zaměřen zejména na vzdělávání zdravotnického personálu nemocnice, ale do projektu jsou zahrnuti i řídící a administrativní pracovníci, kteří absolvují školení dle svých potřeb zjištěných analýzou. U odborných školení se jedná zejména o interní odborná zdravotnická školení a sanitářské kurzy pro zvýšení kvalifikace zaměstnanců. Řídící pracovníci absolvují manažerská školení pro zvýšení pracovních kompetencí. (Czech)

The project focuses in particular on the training of hospital staff, but also management and administrative staff are included in the project and receive training according to their needs identified by the analysis.
