Společnost EC - TECH a.s. si uvědomuje význam svých zaměstnanců jako klíčového faktoru úspěšnosti firmy. Aby se zaměstnanci mohli úspěšně adaptovat na nově vzniklé potřeby trhu, je potřeba jim umožnit odborný růst. Toho bude dosaženo pomocí vzdělávacích aktivit, kterých se zúčastní celkem 46 osob z jednotlivých skupin zaměstnanců. Vzdělávání bude realizováno externími dodavateli a zkušenými lektory. (Czech)

EC — TECH a.s. is aware of the importance of its employees as a key success factor for the firm. In order to successfully adapt to emerging market needs, staff needs to be enabled to grow. This will be done through training activities involving a total of 46 people from different groups of employees. The training will be carried out by external contractors and experienced tutors.
