Obsahem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti budovy občanské vybavenosti - bývalého hotelu Máj v Nových Hradech. Budova č.p. 295 stojí na pozemku parc. č. st. 470 v k.ú. Nové Hrady. Na základě zpracování energetického posudku, budou v rámci projektu provedena následující opatření: zateplení obálky budovy, výměna otvorových výplní, změna zdroje tepelné energie na vytápění - instalace centrálního kotle na ZP, rekonstrukce otopné soustavy. Projekt nebude realizován s využitím EPC. (Czech)

The content of the project is the improvement of the energy performance of the civil service building — the former hotel, Máj, in nes. Building No. 295 stands on plot No. st. 470 in the cadastral district of the cadastral district. New Hrad. Based on the treatment of the energy report, the following measures will be implemented as part of the project: insulation of the envelope of the building, replacement of the selector filling, change of heat source for heating — installation of central boiler with a medical device, reconstruction of the heating system. The project will not be implemented using the EPC. (English)
