Cílem předloženého projektu je zavedení managementu mateřské a rodičovské dovolené (dále jen "MD/RD") v prostředí 5 vybraných firem. Projekt směřuje k vytvoření přívětivých podmínek pro slaďování pracov. a rodinného života, ke zvýšení transparentnosti personálních procesů, nastavení stejných pracovních příležitostí v souladu se zásadami managementu MD/RD, aj. to vše prostřednictvím tvorby Metodiky MD/RD, osvěty v této oblasti a proškolení zaměstnanců ve vybraných firmách. The project submitted aims at establishing a management of maternity and parental leave (“MD/RD”) in an environment of 5 selected firms. The project aims at creating friendly arrangements for reconciling work and family life, improving the transparency of staff processes, setting the same job opportunities in accordance with the Ministry of Transport/RD management principles, all through the development of the Ministry of Transport/RD Methodology, awareness raising in this field and the training of employees in selected companies.
