Žadatel vyvinul zcela unikátní linku na broušení vnitřních povrchů trubek - produktová inovace. Linka provádí kontrolu vnitřního povrchu podélně svařované trubky a zjištěné vady odstraní broušením pomocí brusných kamenů. Díky preciznímu odstranění vnitřních vad mají trubky výrazně delší životnost při jejich nasazení v praxi a citelně se snižuje riziko následných defektů. Linku je též možno využít pro čištění již použitých trubek, které bylo v minulosti nutno vyměňovat. a. (Czech)

The applicant has developed a unique line for grinding the internal surface of the tubes — product innovation. The line shall be used to check the inner surface of the longitudinally welded tube and to remove the detected defects by means of grinding by grinding stones. Due to the precision of internal defects, pipes have a significantly longer lifetime when deployed in practice and significantly reduce the risk of subsequent defects. The line can also be used to clean up the already used pipes that had to be exchanged in the past. (English)
