Náplní projektu jsou platby výdajů na tarifní platy zaměstnanců PCO, dále zavedení pravidelných stabilizačních finančních příspěvků na bázi navýšení osobního příplatku a odměny pro zaměstnance zapojené do implementace ESIF. Projekt je nutné realizovat z důvodu zajištění a stabilizování kvalitních a kvalifikovaných zaměstnanců PCO. Projekt je zpracován pro 55funkčních míst a jedno DPČ. (Czech)

The project covers the payment of expenditure on the tariff salaries of the PCA’s employees, the introduction of regular stabilisation financial contributions on the basis of an increase in the personal supplement and the remuneration of the staff involved in the implementation of the ESIF. The project needs to be implemented in order to ensure and stabilise quality and qualified staff of the PCA. The project is processed for the 55-functional sites and one of the DPC. (English)
