Předmětem projektu je zvýšení technické hodnoty a efektivnosti technologie na výrobu toastového chleba a užitných hodnot nových výrobků (odstranění konzervantů, redukce soli, prodloužení trvanlivosti, zlepšení chuťových vlastností). Jde o pořízení linky s výraznými inovačními prvky (skladování a dávkování ingrediencí, vakuové hnětení, clean-room, inovovaný systém řízení výroby) umožňující realizaci nových produktů (originální vlastní pšeničný kvas, 3 nové druhy toastového chleba-c.k.19059090).
