Předmětem předkládaného projektu je bytový dům na adrese Čsl. armády v Mostě, který byl postaven v polovině minulého století; fasáda a výplně otvorů jsou na konci životnosti a objekt je bez zateplení. Cílem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti tohoto bytového domu, dosáhnutí úspory dodané energie o 61 % a zlepšení klasifikační třídy energetické náročnosti z třídy E na třídu B. Současný tepelně-technický stav je nevyhovující, po realizaci projektu bude bytový dům sloužit 32 domácnostem. (Czech)

The subject matter of the present project is the building house at the centre of the Museum of the Army in Mistra, which was built in the middle of the last century; the facade and full holes are at the end of life and the object is no insulation. The objective of the project is to reduce the energy intensity of this apartment building, to achieve the energy saved by 61 % and to improve the classification class of energy intensity from Class E to Class B. the current thermo-technical condition is unsatisfactory, after the construction of the building house to 32 households.
