Planowana inwestycja polegać będzie na zakupie i montażu 2 instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 39,6 kW każda na ujęciu wody przy ul. Gdańskiej w Reszlu przez Wielobranżowe Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. w Reszlu z wykorzystaniem 132 paneli fotowoltaicznych (każda instalacja) o mocy 300 W każdy panel. Do realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji nie są wymagane pozwolenie na budowę, ani uzyskanie decyzji środowiskowej. Uzyskana energia będzie wykorzystywana na potrzeby własne przedsiębiorstwa a nadwyżka energii sprzedawana będzie do ogólnopolskiego operatora energii elektrycznej. Realizacja projektu jest uzasadniona zarówno ekonomicznie, środowiskowo, społecznie i gospodarczo oraz przyczyni się do osiągania założonych przez Unię Europejską wytycznych. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie udziału odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym gminy Reszel poprzez budowę mikroelektrowni fotowoltaicznych o mocy 39,6 kWp w oczyszczalni ścieków przy ul. Rataja oraz na ujęciu wody przy ul. Gdański w Reszlu przez Wielobranżowe Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. w Reszlu do września 2018 roku. Etapy realizacji: 1. Etap przygotowań – wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności 2. Etap Wdrożenia- zakup i montaż 2 instalacji Projekt jest zgodny ze Strategią rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego województwa warmińsko- mazurskiego do roku 2025 oraz wpisuje się w SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 gdyż przyczynia się do realizacji zaplanowanych ww. dokumentach celów, wskaźników i rezultatów, jest zgodny z możliwymi do dofinansowania formami wsparcia oraz typem beneficjentów . Projekt realizuje cel Działania 4.1 zwiększony udział odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu poprzez zakup i montaż 2 instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 39,6 kW. Projekt zakończy się w ciągu 1 roku od daty podpisania umowy o dofinansowanie. (Polish)

The planned investment will consist of the purchase and installation of 2 photovoltaic installations of 39.6 kW each on the basis of water at ul. Gdansk in Reszlu by Wielobrandze Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Reszlu using 132 solar panels (each installation) with a power of 300 W. The implementation of the investment in question is not required to obtain a building permit or to obtain an environmental decision. The resulting energy will be used for the company’s own needs and surplus energy will be sold to the Polish electricity operator. The implementation of the project is both economically, environmentally, socially and economically justified and will contribute to the implementation of the guidelines set by the European Union. The main objective of the project is to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of the Municipality of Reszel, through the construction of a 39,6 kWp micropower plant at ul. The latitude and the water at ul. Gdansk in Reszlu by Multilateral Company Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Reszlu until September 2018. Implementation steps: 1. Preparation phase — selection of the contractor in accordance with the competitiveness principle 2. The implementation phase — the purchase and installation of 2 installations — is in line with the Economic and Social Development Strategy of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship for 2025 and is in line with the programme for the management of the ROP WiM 2014-2020, as it contributes to the achievement of the planned documents, indicators and deliverables, is compatible with the forms of support that can be financed and the type of beneficiaries. The project meets the objective of Measure 4.1 to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of the region through the purchase and installation of 2 PV 39.6 kW. The project will end within 1 year from the date of signature of the grant agreement. (English)
