Projekt povede k profesionalizaci žadatele v oblastech definovaných procesním auditem. Zaměstnanci a vedení organizace se budou vzdělávat a konzultovat s experty s cílem nastavit udržitelný strategický plán rozvoje organizace a možnosti vícezdrojového financování. Vytvoříme nové nástroje pro interní a externí komunikaci a zajistíme podpůrný software a vzdělávání s cílem zajištění know-how. Bude definována struktura řízení a kompetencí v organizaci směrem k snadnější zastupitelnosti. (Czech)

The project will result in the professionalisation of the applicant in the areas defined by the procedural audit. Staff and management of the organisation will be trained and consulted with experts in order to design a sustainable organisation development plan and multi-source funding opportunities. We will create new tools for internal and external communication and ensure assistive software and education in order to ensure know-how. The governance structure and competence in the organisation will be defined in order to facilitate substitutability. (English)
