Vzrůstající počet osob s kumulovanými hendikepy, uchazečů o zaměstnání a nesoulad jejich vzdělání a poptávky trhu práce vede ke zvyšující se nezaměstnanosti těchto osob. Realizací projektu pomůžeme snížit počet těchto osob nezaměstnaných a evidovaných na ÚP. Poskytneme jim potřebné vzdělání vzhledem k požadavkům regionálních zaměstnavatelů v karlovarském regionu a umístíme úspěšné absolventy kurzu do zaměstnání. Cílem projektu je propojit nabídku a poptávku trhu práce. (Czech)

The growing number of people with accumulated disabilities, jobseekers and their educational and labour market mismatches lead to rising unemployment among these people. The implementation of the project will help to reduce the number of these unemployed and registered to the PO. We will provide them with the education they need, given the demands of regional employers in the Karlovy Vary region and place successful graduate training in employment. The aim of the project is to connect the supply and demand of the labour market. (English)
