Projekt je zaměřen na aktualizaci stávajícího Komunitního plánu sociálních služeb regionu Brdy-Vltava, jehož planost vyprší rokem 2017. Cílem projektu je aktualizovat analytickou část dokumentu a na jejím základě definovat priority v oblasti rozvoje sociálních a návazných služeb pro období dalších 5 let. V projektu se zaměříme na ověření případného deficitu služeb v území, na oblast sociálního začleňování osob ohrožených soc. vyloučením a rovněž na efektivní provazbu sociálních a zdrav. služeb. The project aims at updating the existing Community social services plan for Brdy-Vltava, which will expire in 2017. The project aims to update the analytical part of the document and, on its basis, define priorities for the development of social and related services for a further 5 year period. The project will focus on the verification of a possible service deficit in the country, on the social inclusion of people at risk of solc., and on the effective link between social and health services.
