Cílem projektu je zajistit rodinám s dětmi v bytové nouzi v Ostravě vlastní bydlení a pomoci rodičům vytvořit dětem stabilní domov. Jde o rozšíření soc. služby Šance domova, aby úspěšný model soc. bydlení mohl být nabídnut většímu počtu rodin. 50 rodinám bude zprostředkováno podnájemní bydlení a intenzivní individuální podpora soc.služby. Úspěšné rodiny získají vlastní nájemní bydlení. Na závěr projektu bude uspořádána odborná konference, na které budou shrnuty výsledky a výstupy projektu. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to provide families with housing children in Ostrava with their own housing and to help parents create a stable home for children. It is an extension of the service of the Shoe Service to ensure that a successful solc. housing model can be offered to a larger number of families. 50 families will be provided with subrental housing and intensive individual support for soc. services. Successful families get their own rental housing. At the end of the project, an expert conference will be organised to summarise the results and deliverables of the project. (English)
