Předmětem projektu je podpora sociálního začleňování sociálně vyloučených osob a osob ohrožených sociálním vyloučením, včetně odstraňování bariér v jejich přístupu k zaměstnávání, k bydlení, k obnovování soc. kontaktů a k řešení dluhové situace, pomoc obětem domácího násilí, pomoc rodinám ohroženým dlouhodobě krizovými soc. situacemi a osobám se zdravotním postižením či kombinovanými diagnózami. Tento záměr bude naplňován finančním zajištěním služeb sociální prevence od 1.1.2019 do 31.12.2020. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to promote the social inclusion of socially excluded people and people at risk of social exclusion, including by eliminating barriers in their access to employment, housing, to restoring contacts and to dealing with the debt situation, assistance to victims of domestic violence, support for families at risk of long-term crisis involving situations and persons with disabilities or combined diagnosis. This will be implemented by financial provision of social prevention services from 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2020. (English)
