V návaznosti na školení, která poskytujeme svým zaměstnancům a která jsou dána především legislativou, jim nyní chceme poskytnout mnohem rozsáhlejší a systematičtější rozvoj tak, aby byl ku prospěchu jak jim, tak firmě. Lidé si zvýší kvalifikaci a to povede k tomu, že firma zvýší obrat a počty odběratelů. Rovněž si od projektu slibujeme to, že stávající zákazníky uděláme více loajální a budou se k nám ochotněji a častěji vracet. (Czech)

As a result of the training we provide to their staff, mainly given by the legislation, we now want to give them a much larger and more systematic development in order to benefit both them and the firm. People will increase their skills and lead to a firm increase in turnover and customer numbers. We also learn from the project that we will make our current customers more loyal and willing to return to us more easily and more frequently. (English)
