Projekt si klade za cíl komplexní podporu zaměstnanosti a zaměstnatelnosti lidí s duš.onemocněním na území Písecka,Strakonicka,Prachaticka,Vimperska a Sušicka za pomoci mezinárodně ověřené metody IPS. Jedná se o klienty naší organizace,kteří chtějí najít práci a získané místo si udržet. Jako podpora účastníkům proběhnou na počátku projektu vzdělávací aktivity a krátká rekvalifikace. Následně za pomoci Pracovního konzultanta a PEER konzultanta dojde k umisťování účastníků na podpořená prac.místa. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to provide comprehensive support for the employment and employability of people in Písecka, Strakonicka, Prachaticka, Vimperska and Sušicka, with the help of internationally validated IPS methods. These are the clients of our organisation who wish to stay in order to find work. As aid to participants, training activities and short retraining will be provided at the outset of the project. Subsequently, with the help of a working consultant and the PMER consultant, the placement of participants in the assisted work would take place. (English)
