Zakres przedsięwzięcia obejmie wykonanie robót budowlanych, elektrycznych oraz wykonanie wystaw. Roboty budowlane obejmą między innymi: W Pałacu Wielopolskich: - remont dachu i schodów przy wejściach do budynku, prace renowacyjne ścian zewnętrznych i wewnętrzne, prace instalacyjno-montażowe instalacji centralnego ogrzewania i wodno-kanalizacyjnej, instalacji elektrycznych i alarmowej, montaż nowych elementów świetlnych, alarmowych i osprzętu - roboty budowlane przy fundamentach (osuszanie fundamentów i murów, wykonanie izolacji przeciwwilgociowej, ocieplenie fundamentów). - remont z uzupełnieniem części podłóg drewnianych. - wykonanie wentylacji mechanicznej. W Parku przy Pałacu Wielopolskich: - zagospodarowanie parku (mała architektura), konserwacja istniejącego drzewostanu, usunięcie nasadzonych drzew niewpisujących się w styl charakterystyczny dla parku wraz z nasadzeniem nowych drzew, wykonanie placu przed tarasem muzeum. - wykonanie ekspozycji "in situ" dymarek odkrytych w parku pałacowym. Szacowana wartość robót związanych z Pałacem Wielkopolskich i parkiem przy Pałacu wynosi 2 973 808,34 zł netto. W Rezerwacie Krzemionki: - roboty budowlane i budowlano-montażowe (Przebudowa "Domku Archeologa", Rozbiórka budynków: administracyjnego, magazynu zbiorów, magazynowego, domku campingowego; digitalizacja podziemnej trasy turystycznej metodą skaningu, z możliwością jej wykorzystania podczas przygotowań do prac zabezpieczających, konserwacyjnych, sporządzania dokumentacji konserwatorskiej i górniczej; - roboty w zakresie poprawy bezpieczeństwa obiektów poprzez wykonanie zabezpieczeń alarmów, monitoringu, światłowodu i klimatyzacji w obiektach Muzeum i Rezerwatu; - przebudowa dwóch budynków nad szybami kopalnianymi (Zenon, Stefan) - wymiana konstrukcji, pokrycia dachowego, malowanie, izolacja przeciwwilgociowa; Przebudowa klatki schodowej wraz ze śluzą w szybie Zenon oraz śluzy i pokrywy klatki schodowej w szybie Stefan; inne zadania.
