Projekt je zaměřen na radikální inovaci výroby precizních forem, zejména pro lisování biokompatibilních polymerů. Inovován bude proces výroby, a to změnou technologie z elektroformování, na CAD/CAM s využitím mikroobrábění zušlechtěné oceli dle ČSN17022 (mat. složení [hm. %]: C: 0,16-0,25; Mn: max. 0,80; Si: max. 0,70; Cr: 12,0-14,0; P: max. 0,040; S: max. 0,030). Zároveň dojde k inovaci vyráběného produktu (zavedením CAD/CAM). Celní kód produkce: 848071-Formy na kaučuk nebo plasty. a. (Czech)

The project aims at a radical innovation in the production of the precision forms, in particular for the pressing of biocompatible polymers. The process of production is innovative through a change in technology from electron-forming, CAD/CAM, using the compensating steel micro-machining process according to ČSN17022 (mat. composition [m/m). %]: C: 0,16-0,25; MN: max. 0,80; SI: max. 0,70; CR: 12,0-14,0; P: max. 0,040; S: max. 0,030).
