Projekt je zaměřen na výzkum a vývoj nové generace zmáselňovačů s vysokým výkonem. Zmáselňovače budou mít účinný chladicí systém a výrazně zlepšenou technologii výroby másla tak, aby splňovaly požadavky na výrobu másla v teplých klimatických oblastech Středního východu a Jižní Asie. The focus of the project is on the research and development of a new generation of high performance butter. The scientists will have an effective cooling system and significantly improved butter production technology to meet the requirements of butter production in the warm climatic areas of the Middle East and South Asia.
