Celem projektu jest rozwój innowacyjnej platformy rekrutacyjnej CHALLENGEROCKET o moduł OptiJob umożliwiający rekomendację specjalistom z branży IT ofert pracy w oparciu o analizę testów umiejętności oraz wskazanych informacji.W ramach dotychczasowej działalności, Wnioskodawca zbudował i rozwija innowacyjną platformę do oceny umiejętności i kompetencji specjalistów z branży IT, przy wykorzystaniu wyzwań on-line oraz hackathonów. Obecnie platforma Challengerocket pozwala na ocenę umiejętności kandydata, nie daje jednak odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy kandydat jest odpowiedni na dane stanowisko pracy. CELEM NINIEJSZEGO PROJEKTU JEST DALSZY ROZWÓJ PLATFORMY O MODUŁ OPTIJOB AUTOMATYCZNIE REKOMENDUJĄCY OFERTY PRACY W OPARCIU O ANALIZĘ WYNIKÓW TESTÓW ORAZ PRZEDSTAWIONYCH DANYCH. W wyniku realizacji projektu opracowany zostanie nowy, innowacyjny moduł platformy, który poprzez wykorzystanie metod sztucznej inteligencji będzie analizował dopasowanie kandydata do określonego stanowiska oraz środowiska pracy biorąc pod uwagę zarówno szanse powodzenia danego projektu w danym czasie (minimalizujący ryzyko po stronie firmy) jak i zadowolenie samego kandydata (projekt i zespół na jego poziomie trudności, dający mu szansę na rozwój i realizację swoich ambicji).Platforma Challengerocket rozszerzona o nowy moduł to innowacyjna koncepcja wprowadzająca szereg nowych rozwiązań w zakresie funkcjonalnym w klasach systemów wspomagających procesy rekrutacyjne, ale również w zakresie postrzegania tych procesów. The aim of the project is to develop an innovative ‘Chalengeocket’ selection platform to recommend the IT professionals to recommend offers of work to the IT professionals on the basis of an analysis of the skills tests and the information provided. as part of the previous activity, the applicant has built and develops an innovative platform to assess the skills and competences of IT professionals, using online challenges and hackathons.Currently, the Chalenergocket platform makes it possible to assess the candidate’s skills, but does not answer the question of whether a candidate is suitable for a job.THE AIM OF THIS PROJECT IS TO FURTHER DEVELOP THE OPTIJOB PLATFORM AUTOMATICALLY RECOMMENDING A JOB OFFER BASED ON AN ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS OF THE TESTS AND OF THE DATA PRESENTED.As a result of the project, a new innovative module of the platform will be developed which, through the use of artificial intelligence, will analyse the candidate’s suitability for a particular job and the working environment, taking into account both the chances of success of the project at the time (minimising the risk on the part of the company) and the satisfaction of the candidate (project and team at its level that gives it an opportunity to develop and fulfil its ambitions).Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:art:25 Commission Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).
