Projekt realizowany na terenie gminy Drawno w trzech lokalizacjach: Drawno obszar 2, Niemieńsku i Świeciechowie. W ramach projektu powstanie świetlica wiejska w Niemieńsku służącej również jako klub seniora, odnowienie Alei Kasztanowej oraz zagospodarowanie nadbrzeża nad jeziorem Grażyna i nadanie mu nowych funkcji. W efekcie powstaną 3 zrewitalizowane obszary o łącznym obszarze 0,57 ha. Działaniami rewitalizacyjnymi zostanie objętych 922 mieszkańców z obszarów rewitalizacji. W rezultacie powstanie 1 miejsce pracy w wymiarze 1 etatu. Etapami rzeczowymi i realizacyjnymi proj.będą:1)dokumentacja projektowa-studium wykonalności,2) dokumentacja techniczna w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj, 3) działania inwestycyjne obejmujące budowę świetlicy wiejskiej wraz z wyposażeniem, odnowienie Alei Kasztanowej na miejsce rekreacji, integracji i wypoczynku, zagospodarowanie terenu nad jeziorem Grażyna i nadanie mu nowych funkcji integracyjnych, rekreacyjnych i wypoczynkowych, 4)Wydatki na usługi dotyczące czynności w procesie budowlanym i zarządzanie, w tym:nadzór inwestorski oraz rozliczenie proj. Etap 4)to promocja projektu-wykonanie tablic informacyjnych. Projekt będzie stacjonarny, bowiem określono jego lokalizację. Inwestycja realizowana jest na obszarze Chronionego Krajobrazu (Choszczno-Drawno), Obszar Specjalnej Ochrony PLB320016 Lasy Puszczy nad Drawą oraz otulina Drawieńskiego Parku Narodowego oraz ostoi siedliskowej „Jezioro Lubie i Dolina Drawy”. Zadania projektowe stanowią kompleksową realizację działań wytypowanych w Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji Gminy Drawno w celu rewitalizacji obszarów zdegradowanych jako zintegrowane przedsięwzięcia dotyczące wszystkich aspektów rewitalizacji danego obszaru. Projekt przyczynia się do zaspokojenia potrzeb grup docelowych. Realizacja zdań odbędzie się w gminie w której rozpoznano 6 deficytów w ramach Specjalnej Strefy Włączenia (tabela 3). (Polish)

Project carried out in the municipality of Drava in three locations: West of the area 2, of German and of Świecie. In the context of the project, there will be a community centre in Germany, which also serves as a senior-club, the renewal of chestnut trees and the development of a coastal lake and giving it a new feature. As a result, 3 regenerated areas with a total area of 0.57 ha will be created. The regeneration activities will be covered by 922 inhabitants from regeneration areas. As a result, 1 full-time jobs will be created. Objective and implementation steps will: (1) documentation for a feasibility study, (2) a design for a feasibility study, a design for design and demolition, (3) investment activities involving the construction of a rural community with equipment, refurbishment of Alei chestnut to the recreation, integration and leisure area, land management of Grażyna lake, and give it new integration, recreation and leisure functions, 4) Construction and management services at tym:nadzór and settlement of proj. Step 4) is the promotion of the design of the information panels. The project will be stationary, because its location is determined. The investment takes place in the area of the Protected Landscape (Choszo-Draa), Special Protection Area PLB320016 Lasy Forest of Drava and the Drava Drava National Park and the ‘Jezioro Lublie and the Drava Valley’ site. The project tasks constitute a comprehensive implementation of the actions selected in the Local Realisation Programme of the Municipality of Drava for the regeneration of degraded areas as integrated projects covering all aspects of the regeneration of the area concerned. The project contributes to meeting the needs of the target groups. The sentences will take place in the municipality in which the 6 deficits of the Special Inclusion Zone are identified (Table 3).
