Projekt Rozwój laboratorium badawczorozwojowego w przedsiębiorstwie Euphora Grzegorz Wnęk spółka jawna realizowany będzie w terminie od 1.10.2018 do 30.06.2020 przez 21 miesięcy. W ramach projektu zakupiona zostanie infrastruktura badawcza niezbędna do przeprowadzenia eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych, których efektem będą:1. Technologia produkcji nowych kosmetyków z zastosowaniem NLC z otrzymanym metodą nadkrytycznej ekstrakcji z CO2 olejem z pestek czarnej porzeczki w małotonażowej skali przemysłowej,2. Technologia produkcji nowego typu nanostrukturalnych nośników lipidowych NLC z wykorzystaniem różnych rodzajów bioaktywnych olejów roślinnych olejów z pestek malin, aronii i truskawki,3. Technologia produkcji nowych kosmetyków fluid lub korektor, pomadkibłyszczyki do ust oraz produkt sypki i prasowany do twarzy z zastosowaniem rezultatów obszaru drugiego: olejów bioaktywnych olejów z pestek malin, aronii i truskawki, zamkniętych w NLC w małotonażowej skali przemysłowej.Realizacja projektu wpłynie korzystnie na rozwiązanie problemów i przełamanie barier w dalszym rozwoju spółki oraz na podniesienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa poprzez wdrożenie trzech innowacji produktowych. Wnioskodawca posiada wszelkie zasoby, w tym zasoby ludzkie, pozwalające na terminową i prawidłową realizację projektu. Sposób zarządzania projektem oparto na zbiorze standardów i usystematyzowanych praktyk metodyki IPMA International Project Management Association. W ramach projektu zostaną wykorzystane zostaną narzędzia z zakresu: zarządzania ryzykiem, zarządzania zespołem projektowym, zarządzania zmianą, zarządzania interesariuszami. W trakcie zarządzania zostaną wykorzystane standardowe techniki planowania i kontrolingu projektu m.in.: wykres Gantta oraz budżet zadaniowy. Kierownikiem projektu będzie p. Grzegorz Wnęk. (Polish)

A project to develop a research laboratory for the development of a research laboratory in the company Euphora Grzelczyk is implemented between 1.10.2018 and 30.06.2020 months between 21 and months. The project will purchase the research infrastructure necessary for experimental development which will result in 1. Technology for the production of new cosmetics using the “NLC” derived from the resulting supercritical extraction from CO2 of the blackcurrant seed oil on the Great industrial scale, 2. Technology of production of a new type of nanostructured lipid media NLC using various types of bio-active vegetable oils of raspberry, aronia and strawberry seeds, 3. Technology for the production of novel fluid or concealer cosmetics, lipsticks for the mouth, and the product of the horn product and pressed in the face using the results of the second area: the project will improve the problem and break down barriers to the further development of the company and increase the competitiveness of the company through the implementation of three product innovations. The applicant shall have all the resources, including human resources, enabling timely and correct implementation of the project. Project management is based on a set of standards and systematised practices of the IPMA International Project Management Association. The project will feed into the following tools: risk management, project team management, change management, stakeholder management. Standard planning and control techniques will be used in the course of the management, including: a Gantt diagram and a activity-based budgeting. The project manager will be Mr Grzegorz hollow.
