PRZEDMIOT I ZAKRES PROJEKTU Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usługi doradczej w ramach której zostanie opracowana długookresowa, kompleksowa strategia działań międzynarodowych, mająca na celu pełne wykorzystanie i maksymalizację aktywów spółki Mlądzki Kołodziejczuk Holdnig Sp. j . w celu zwiększenia rentowności i uzyskania długoterminowej przewagi konkurencyjnej, poprzez rozwój i zwiększenie udziału eksportu do krajów Unii Europejskiej: Niemiec, Słowacji, Czech, oraz do krajów z poza Unii Europejskiej: Stanów Zjednoczonych. Zakres projektu obejmuje zakup usługi doradczej w ramach której zostanie opracowana Strategia. EFEKTY PROJEKTU Realizacja projektu wpłynie na zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy na rynku krajów europejskich, w tym krajów należących do Unii Europejskiej oraz krajów z poza Unii. Ponadto, docelowym rezultatem będącym wynikiem wdrożenia zapisów strategii, będzie zwiększenie popytu na produkty wnioskodawcy, na obszarze wybranych krajów docelowych, co w ujęciu średnio i długoterminowym doprowadzi do zwiększenia skali działalności w tych krajach poprzez osiągnięcie wyższego udziału przychodów ze sprzedaży. The subject of the project is the purchase of an advisory service within which a long-term, comprehensive strategy for international action will be developed, a comprehensive strategy for international action aimed at the full use and maximisation of the assets of the region of Lower Silesia Holdnong Sp. j. in order to increase the profitability and the long-term competitive advantage by developing and increasing the share of exports to the countries of the European Union: Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and to countries outside the European Union: The United States The scope of the project includes the purchase of an advisory service within which a strategy will be developed. The effects of the project implementation of the project will increase the competitiveness of the company in the European market, including those of the European Union and the countries outside the Union. In addition, the target outcome resulting from the implementation of the strategy will be to increase the demand for the applicant’s products, in the area of selected destination countries, which on average and on a long-term basis will lead to an increase in the scale of activity in those countries by achieving a higher share of sales revenue.
