Projekt obejmie zakup sprzętu i wyposażenia do prowadzenia działalności kulturalnej, w tym edukacji artystycznej oraz do realizacji prac konserwatorskich, tj.: elementów wyposażenia, warsztatu mechanicznego i urządzeń eksploatacji sceny, wyposażenia do produkcji środków inscenizacji, systemu nagłośnieniowego do Sceny Kameralnej (Sali Młynarskiego), nowoczesnych urządzeń techniki oświetleniowej, wysokiej klasy instrumentów muzycznych.
