Przedmiotem przedsięwzięcia jest realizacja działań obejmujących głęboką termomodernizację budynku użyteczności publicznej zlokalizowanego w Olecku. Prace termomodernizacyjne będą polegały na: ociepleniu stropodachu, ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych, wymianie okien, wymianie drzwi, modernizacji systemu grzewczego w zakresie kompleksowej wymiany instalacji c.o., modernizacji oświetlenia na LED.
