Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020.Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usługi badawczej od jednostki naukowej obejmującej opracowanie nowego produktu w postaci innowacyjnego makaronu o właściwościach prozdrowotnych oraz technologii jego wytwarzania. Zakres planowanej do zakupienia usługi obejmuje kompleksowe prace zmierzające do opracowania nowego produktu, a następnie jego wdrożenia tj.: opracowanie nowego produktu, opracowanie nowej technologii produkcji, opracowanie prototypów produktów, sprawdzenie prototypów i technologii wytwarzania w warunkach laboratoryjnych, opracowanie produktów gotowych do wdrożenia oraz sprawdzenie technologii wytwarzania w warunkach rzeczywistych. Planowane do osiągnięcia rezultaty projektu obejmują uzyskanie receptury oraz technologii wytwarzania innowacyjnego makaronu o wysokiej wartości odżywczej, z dodatkami warzywnymi zawierającymi składniki bioaktywne, które regulują gospodarkę kwasowo-zasadową organizmu. Nowy produkt poprzez dostarczane wartości odżywcze i innowacyjny skład będzie miał działanie prozdrowotne. Opracowanie zaś nowej technologii produkcji umożliwi nie tylko uzyskanie innowacyjnego produktu o zakładanych właściwościach, ale również pozwoli na uplasowanie nowego produktu na rynku makaronów świeżych znajdujących się w Polsce w początkowej fazie rozwoju. Dodatkowo realizacja projektu zrewolucjonizuje branżę makaronów zawierających wyłączenie naturalne składniki (uchodzące za zdrowe) poprzez stworzenie nowej kategorii makaronów funkcjonalnych znacząco przewyższające te produkty pod względem właściwości i jakości.
