Przedmiotem projektu jest remont i termomodernizacja 14 obiektów mieszkaniowych ( wielorodzinnych) należących do gminy oraz wspólnot mieszkaniowych,które znajduje sie na obszarze podstawowym Specjalnej Strefy Włączenia.Wybrano zakres jest zgodny z optymalnym wariantem z audytów energ, który umozliw wzrost efekt.sr. o ponad 45%. Przedsięwzięcie zrealizowane zostanie w 2019-2020 roku. Wnioskodawca dysponuje audytamienergetycznymi,dokumentacją techniczną. Zgłoszono prace planowane do wykonania. Gotowość formalno prawna, brak konieczności przeprowadzania OOŚ.Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu realizacji projektu możliwe jest wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności infrastruktury,co nie wymaga dodatkowych nakładów. Korzystanie z produktów wytworzonych w wyniku realizacji będzie możliwe bezpośrednio po zakończeniu projektu.Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie, gdzie liderem będzie Gmina, a parnterami każda z 14 Wspólnot mieszkaniowych. Lider jest koordynatorem projektu i będzie odpowiedzialna za kontakty z Urzędem Marszałkowskim. Każdy z partnerów zabezpieczy w swoim budżecie środki finansowe niezbędne na pokrycie wkładu własnego proporcjonalnie do wartości projektu w danej jednostce.Etapy realizacji:Wybór partnerów zgodnie z art. 33 ustawy wdrożeniowej oraz podpisanie umowy partnerskiej, wykonanie dokumentacji technicznej, do realizacji wyłonienie wykonawców I kw 2019 , rzeczowa realizacja projektu od II kw 2019 do III kw2020. The project involves the renovation and thermo-modernisation of 14 residential (multi-family) housing units belonging to the municipality and the housing units located in the area of the ‘Basic SEZ’. the scope is in line with the optimal option of an energy audit which is expected to rise by more than 45 %. The project will be implemented in 2019-2020. The applicant shall have the technical documentation at the disposal of the applicant. The work planned for implementation has been declared. Once the project has been completed, it is not necessary to use the full functionality of the infrastructure, which does not require additional investment. The use of products produced as a result of implementation will be possible immediately after the project has been completed. the project will be carried out in the partnership, where the Gmina is the leader and the peers each of the 14 Communities. The Leader is the project coordinator and will be responsible for contacts with the Marshal Office. Each partner will hedge funds in their budget to cover their own contribution in proportion to the value of the project in the individual stage of implementation: selection of partners in accordance with Article 33 of the Implementation Act and signature of the Partnership Contract, implementation of technical documentation, implementation of the selection of contractor I k2019, factual implementation of the project from II kw 2019 to III kw2020.
