Celem projektu jest nabycie/podniesienie do III.2018r. komp. kluczowych w zakresie znajomości j. ang. zgodnych z ESOKJ i wzrost konkurencyjności na zachodniopomorskim rynku pracy (powiaty i gminy zgodne z SSW i pkt. A4 wniosku) co najmniej 225 osób (min 75%) w wieku 25 lat i więcej z ISCED3 z grupy osób: niepełnosprawnych oraz powyżej 50 r.ż., w tym min.: 135 kobiet; 35 osób w wieku 50+ (21K), 23 osoby niep. (14k), poprzez organizację kursów j.angielskiego dostosowanych do potrzeb grupy docelowej.Tym samym jego realizacja przyczyni się do zwiększenia konkurencyjności uczestniczących w nim osób poprzez nabycie umiejętności kluczowych (językowych, potwierdzonych zewnętrznym, uznawanym certyfikatem zgodnym z ESOKJ), niezbędnych do funkcjonowania na rynku pracy.Są to osoby, które z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowane są zdobyciem, uzupełnieniem lub podwyższeniem 7 / 29 Wydruk kontrolny, suma kontrolna: ff8a84735c kompetencji językowych. Dla każdej z osób zaplanowano realizację 120h szkoleń j. angielskiego na poziomach A/B/C zgodnych z ESOKJ – 25 grup max 12-osób. Kurs obejmuje tematykę niezbędną w miejscu pracy. Program, miejsce, sposób realizacji kursów uwzględnia potrzeby i bariery wyartykułowane przez potencjalnych uczestników ( dopasowane godziny szkoleń, wolniejsze tempo, dostosowanie do potrzeb 50+ oraz osób niepełnosprawnych). Kończy się międzynar. cert. TOEIC Bridge. Szkolenia w miejscowościach, z których pochodzą uczestnicy szkoleń. Projekt obejmuje dwa zadania: 1- szkolenia językowe rozliczane ryczałtowo oraz 2- zakup podręczników oraz egzaminów zewnętrznych rozliczanych na podstawie faktycznie poniesionych wydatków. Gł. produkty: Liczba osób 25 + objętych wsparciem w programie: ISCED3 300 (180K), w tym w wieku 50+ 50 (30K), niep. 30 (18K). W projekcie zostanie zreal. co najmniej 25 gr. i 3000h szkol. (Polish)
