Projekt „Aktywizuj się z ERKONem - aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa osób z niepełnosprawnością” realizowany będzie przez Elbląską Radę Konsultacyjną Osób Niepełnosprawnych na terenie powiatu elbląskiego grodzkiego i ziemskiego w okresie 25 miesięcy. Podniesienie aktywności społeczno-zawodowej 60 osób z niepełnosprawnością, zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym w wieku 15-64 z terenu Elbląga i powiatu elbląskiego (36 kobiet,24 mężczyzn) w okresie 26 miesięcy. Poziom wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnienia -15 osób.W ramach projektu działaniami zostaną objęte osoby z niepełnosprawnością, w tym min. 30 % osoby długotrwałe bezrobotne i zakwalifikowane do III profilu pomocy. Projekt realizowany będzie w 2 turach, każda po 12 miesięcy. Projekt zakłada realizację 3 głównych zadań: wieloprofilowa diagnoza; reintegracja społeczna; reintegracja zawodowa. UP objęci będą następującymi działaniami: indywidualne i grupowe wsparcie psychologa; poradnictwo prawne; wsparcie doradcy zawodowego; usługa trenera pracy; szkolenia, staże, zatrudnienie i monitoring pracy.Projekt przewiduje, że co najmniej 50% uczestników zostanie objętych stażami lub praktykami zawodowych. Projekt przewiduje, że co najmniej 25% uczestników podejmie zatrudnienie. Wsparcie UP realizowane będzie w oparciu o Model „Wiek Gorącego Ziemniaka”-pozytywnie zwalidowany projekt innowacyjnotestujący pn:”Indywidualne ścieżki zatrudnienia”. (Polish)

The project “Alktywij z ERKONem — socio-professional activation of people with disabilities” will be implemented by the Elbląg Council of the Consultative Council for Persons with Disabilities in the county of Elbląg and the Earth for a period of 25 months. Increasing the social participation of 60 people with disabilities at risk of social exclusion between the ages of 15 and 64 from the Elbląg and the Elbląg county (36 women, 24 men) in the 26-month period. The level of the employment rate -15 osób.In the framework of the project activities will be covered by persons with disabilities, including at least 30 % of the long-term unemployed and eligible up to the 3 rd aid profile. The project will be carried out in 2 tubes each after 12 months. The project assumes 3 main tasks: multi-profile diagnosis; social reintegration; reintegration into employment. The actions will be subject to the following actions: individual and group psychological support; legal advice; support to a professional adviser; a job coaching service; the draft provides that at least 50 % of the participants will be covered by traineeships or traineeships. The project foresees that at least 25 % of the participants will be recruited. Support to the UP will be made on the basis of the Model ‘Age of hot Zielniak’ — a positively validated innovative design pn: “Individual employment paths”. (English)
