Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności wychowania przedszkolnego dla 20 dzieci w wieku 2,5 – 5 lat. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez rozszerzenie oferty przedszkola Music Garden w Rzeszowie o grupy z rozszerzonym programem językowym i muzycznym. Umożliwienie dzieciom, których rodzice planują edukacje muzyczna i językowa, dostępu do tego typu profilu nauczania już od najmłodszych lat. U dzieci w wieku 2,5 – 5 lat kontakt z muzyką oraz nauka języka wpływa na wszechstronny rozwój osobowości. Projekt będzie dedykowany potrzebom dzieci w wielu przedszkolnym (zgodnie z ustawą o oświacie) pochodzącym z Rzeszowa i okolic. Należy podkreślić, że Rzeszów to miasto, które wg wielu rankingów znajduje się w czołówce rankingów dynamicznie rozwiających się miast, z aktywną polityką prorodzinną, a jednocześnie ze zdefiniowanym deficytem w zakresie dostępności miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego. Zakres projektu obejmuje przygotowanie zaplecza niezbędnego do utworzenia dwóch nowych grup 10osobowych (zakup wyposażenia, pomocy dydaktycznych itp.) oraz zapewnienie bieżącego funkcjonowania poprzez zatrudnienie dwoch wychowawców oraz niezbędnych pomocy, a także osób które posiadają wiedzę i umiejętności w zakresie prowadzenia zajęć dodatkowych (lektor języka angielskiego, nauczyciel fortepianu, osoba prowadząca zajęcia z rytmiki i logopeda). Niepubliczne Przedszkole Muzyczne Polsko-Angielskie Music Garden to placówka, którą tworzą osoby posiadające wieloletnie doświadczenie w działalności edukacyjnej wśród najmłodszych. Posiada niezbędne zaplecze infrastrukturalne (budynek przedszkola spełnia wszystkie normy SANEPID i Straży Pożarnej) oraz zasoby finansowe (wkład własny) gwarantujące prawidłową realizację przedsięwzięcia i osiągnięcie zakładanych celów. The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of pre-school education for 20 children between the ages of 2,5 and 5. This will be achieved through the extension of the Music Garden nursery offer in Rzeszów to a group with an extended language and musical programme. Enable children whose parents plan musical and linguistic education to have access to such teaching profiles from a very early age. Children between 2,5 and 5 years of age are in touch with music and language learning will have an impact on the comprehensive development of personality. The project will serve as a dedicated needs for children in pre-school children (in accordance with the Education Act) from Rzeszów and the surrounding areas. It should be stressed that Rzeszów is a city which, according to many rankings, is at the top of the rankings of dynamic cities, with active pro-family policies and at the same time a deficit for the availability of pre-school places. The scope of the project includes the preparation of the necessary facilities for the creation of two new groups of 10 personnel (purchase of equipment, teaching aids, etc.) and the maintenance of the current functioning through the recruitment of two teachers and the necessary assistance, as well as those who possess the knowledge and ability to carry out supplementary activities (language teacher of English, piano teacher, rhythms and speech therapist). Private Polish-English Music Garden is an establishment of people who have many years’ experience in educational activities. It has the necessary infrastructure facilities (the nursery building fulfils all the SANEPID and Fire Service standards) and the financial resources (own contribution) guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project and the achievement of its objectives.
