WSPÓLNOTA MIESZKANIOWA W DĄBROWICY

Celem ogólnym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynków wspólnoty mieszkaniowej w Dąbrowicy oraz redukcja zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery na terenie Gminy Kuryłówka. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów bezpośrednich jakie wynikły z analizy problemów i potrzeb beneficjentów. Cele te zostały określone następująco: - oszczędność energii w budynkach wspólnoty mieszkaniowej - zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza - oszczędności kosztów zaopatrzenia w energię. - promowanie postaw związanych z oszczędzaniem energii - zwiększenie odpowiedzialności za stan środowiska i zanieczyszczenie powietrza. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia przyczyni się do osiągnięcia zakładanych celów projektu oraz wskaźników produktu i rezultatu. Projekt obejmuje zadania inwestycyjne polegające na wykonaniu prac termomodernizacyjnych w 5 budynkach wspólnoty mieszkaniowej zlokalizowanych w miejscowości Dąbrowica: Budynek mieszkalny wielorodzinny nr 91, nr 92, nr 93, nr 94, nr 95. Projekt dotyczy modernizacji energetycznej 5 budynków wspólnoty mieszkaniowej w Dąbrowicy: budynek mieszkalny wielorodzinny nr 91, nr 92, nr 93, nr 94, nr 95. We wszystkich budynkach zaplanowano: - wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej (klatki schodowe, piwnice) - termoizolację stropodachu granulatem z wełny mineralnej - wymianę obróbek blacharskich - termoizolację elewacji ponad cokołem - termoizolację ścian cokołu - wymianę instalacji odgromowej - remont instalacji elektrycznej - modernizację instalacji sanitarnych - wymiana rurociągów i urządzeń sieci ciepłowniczej CO W budynku nr 93 dodatkowo zaplanowano modernizację instalacji sanitarnych - modernizację kotłowni osiedlowej. W budynkach nr 91, 93, 94, 95 dodatkowo zaplanowano wymianę pionów w klatkach schodowych. Realizacja inwestycji pozwoli na uzyskanie wskaźnika "Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej" na poziomie 2 290,10 GJ/rok. (Polish)

The general objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the buildings of the urban housing community in the area of the city of Dąbrzy and to reduce atmospheric pollution in the municipality of Kuyhalf. This will be achieved through the achievement of the direct objectives which emerged from the analysis of the problems and needs of the beneficiaries. These objectives are set out as follows: — energy savings in housing community buildings — reduction of air pollutant emissions — savings in the cost of energy supply. Promoting energy saving attitudes — increasing environmental liability and air pollution. The implementation of the project will contribute to achieving the objectives of the project and the output and result indicators. The project consists of investment tasks consisting of the implementation of thermal modernisation works in 5 buildings of a community of residential areas located in Dąbrowica: Residential Building No 91, No 92, No 93, No 94, No 95. The project concerns the energy upgrade of the 5 buildings of the residential community in Dąbrza: residential Building No 91, No 92, No 93, No 94, No 95. In all buildings: — replacement of window frames and door frames (stairways, cellars) — thermal insulation of the foundation of granulation of mineral wool — replacement of blachard — thermal insulation of the façade of the rock wall — the thermal insulation of the rock wall — refurbishment of the electrical installation — modernisation of the sanitary installations — replacement of pipes and heating networks of CO in the building No 93 — modernisation of the sanitary installations — modernisation of the residential plant — modernisation of the residential system. In buildings No 91, 93, 94, 95 additional replacements are planned in the stairwells. The realisation of the investment will result in an indicator “Reducing final energy consumption” at 2 290,10 GJ/year. (English)
