Projekt zakłada poprawę stanu zdrowia 150 dzieci w zakresie otyłości w powiecie kozienickim/ woj. mazowieckie do dnia 31 lipca 2021 roku. W ramach projektu zapewnimy realizację modułu dot. otyłości dla 10 grup, w każdej znajdzie się po 15 osób. Oferowane wsparcie obejmować będzie zgodnie z RPZ: 1) działania informacyjno-promocyjne, 2) kwalifikacja uczestników, 3) działania informacyjno-edukacyjne grup objętych wsparciem w ramach modułu w tym: a) badanie ankietowe sprawdzające poziom wiedzy z zakresu, którego dotyczy interwencja w danym module, b) edukacja zdrowotna, c) ponowne badanie ankietowe sprawdzające poziom wiedzy z zakresu, którego dotyczy interwencja w danym module, 4) interwencja terapeutyczna w tym: a) zajęcia ruchowe (co najmniej 2 razy w tygodniu dla każdego uczestnika projektu), b) indywidualne porady dietetyczne (co najmniej 5 dla każdego uczestnika projektu), c) badania lekarskie: początkowe, w połowie interwencji oraz końcowe, 5) monitoring i ewaluacja działań w ramach projektu. W projekcie planujemy realizację działań informacyjno-szkoleniowych oraz informacyjno-edukacyjnych dla otoczenia pacjenta (KRYT. MER. SZCZEGÓŁOWE 7b). Zakładana jest w projekcie realizacja zadań również w godzinach popołudniowych i wieczornych (po godz. 16.00) oraz w sobotę (KRYT. MER. SZCZEGÓŁOWE 6). Projekt nasz jest w zgodzie z art. 7 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 1303/2013 z dnia 17.12.2013 r.Planowane działania, grupa docelowa, doświadczenie i kompetencje oraz okres udział w projekcie są zgodnie z RPZ. The project involves improving the health status of 150 children in the field of obesity in the district of Kozienicki/Mazowieckie Province by 31 July 2021. The project will ensure the implementation of the obesity module for 10 groups, each with 15 people. The support offered will be based on the following: (1) information and promotion actions, (2) qualification of participants, (3) information and educational activities for the groups supported under the module, including: (a) a survey of the knowledge of the knowledge of the extent to which intervention in the specific module is concerned, (b) health education, (c) a re-examination of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge of the extent to which intervention in the specific module is concerned, (4) therapeutic intervention, including: (a) operating activity (at least 2 times a week for each project participant), (b) individual dietary advice (at least 5 for each participant in the project), (c) medical examination: initial, half intervention and final, 5) monitoring and evaluation of project activities. The project is planning to implement information and training activities, and to educate the patient’s surrounding environment (orifice. MAYOR. Detailed 7b). The draft execution of tasks also takes place in the afternoon and evening (after the end of the project). 16.00) and Saturday (krill. MAYOR. DETAILED 6). The draft is in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17.12.2013. The planned activities, the target group, the experience and competences of the contractors, as well as the duration of the participation in the project, shall be in accordance with the CIR and in accordance with the Annex. 8 of the Rules of Procedure.
