Projekt jest kompleksową odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane potrzeby i problemy wynikające z braku ich zaspokojenia i obejmuje poprawę warunków i jakości życia mieszkańców Janowa Lubelskiego. Realizowany będzie na wyznaczonych w LPR obszarach rewit. Zadania ujęte w proj. mają na celu wywołanie jakościowej pozytywnej zmiany obszaru poprzez: 1. Rewitaliz. RYNKU wraz z budową budynku Dworca Autobusowego; 2. Rewit. Parku MISZTALEC; 3. Przeb. i rozbud. budynku gimnaz. przy ul. ogrodowej 25 na potrz. przedszkola; 4. Bud. parkingu ogólnodost. z placem wielofunkcyjnym przy ul. Świerdzowej dla hist. centrum handl.-usł.; 5. Dostosow. pomieszczeń OPS pod program SENIOR+. Wszystkie wymieniowe działania określone zostały w LPR jako priorytetowe a ich szczegółowa specyfikacja zawarta w opracowanej dokumentacji technicznej (w załączeniu). Grupę docelową stanowią mieszkańcy obszaru rewitalizacji oraz mieszkańcy spoza obszaru, turyści-projekt nie zakłada realokacji/przesiedlania mieszkańców z ob.rewitalizacji. Wskaźniki: Liczba obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach szt. 5, Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów infrastruktury społ./kult./turyst. będącej przedmiotem p. os/rok 10000, Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnospraw. szt. 5, Liczba obiektów wspartych szt. 5; Liczba nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy . EPC 1; Powierzchnia obsz. obj. Rewit. 2,57ha. Celem proj.jest poprawa dostępności do wysokiej jakości usług społecznych, kulturalnych, turystycznych w obszarze rewitalizacji. (Polish)

The project is a comprehensive response to the identified needs and problems arising from the lack of satisfaction, and involves improving the living conditions and quality of life of the people of Janowa Lublin. It will be implemented in the areas defined in the LPR. The tasks are designed to produce a qualitative positive change of area by: 1. Recaliz. The market, along with the construction of the Dworkca Autobus building; 2. Rejet. MISZTALEC; 3. The construction of the building and the construction of the building at ul. garden 25 in a nursery school; 4. Construction site with a multi-purpose yard at ul. Commercial centre for histamine; 5. Adapt the OPs under the SENIOR +. All activities mentioned have been identified in the LPR as a priority and their detailed specifications in the technical documentation developed (enclosed). The target group is the inhabitants of the regeneration area and inhabitants outside the area, the project will not involve reallocation/resettlement of the inhabitants of the population. Indicators: Number of infrastructure facilities in regenerated areas 5, Number of persons who use the social infrastructure of the social infrastructure to be the subject of Mr/s 10000, Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities. 5, Number of facilities supported 5; Number of newly created jobs.
