Planowane przedsięwzięcie polegać będzie na - wykonaniu 3 studni głębinowych, na potrzeby zbiorowego zaopatrzenia w wodę mieszkańców gm Hanna, - przebudowie i rozbudowie istniejącego budynku SUW (rozbudowa -zadaszenie wraz z płytą pod stacjonarny agregat prądotwórczy), remont zbiorników retencyjnych, przebudowa ogrodzenia, oświetlenia, przebudowa zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych instalacji sanitarnych, elektrycznych, budowa instalacji wodociągowych od studni do SUW, instalacji elektrycznych zasilających j monitorujących, wymiana urządzeń technologicznych stacji, utwardzenie ciągów komunikacyjnych. Wykonanie obudowy i ogrodzenia studni Nr 4 i 5 i obudowy studni nr 1A, - budowie trzech odcinków sieci wodociągowych z rur PVC i PE spinających istniejącą sieć wodociągu gminnego tj.; w miejscowości Dołhobrody - 723,90 mb i 151,20 mb w pasie drogi wojewódzkiej Nr 816; w m. Kuzawka - 1266,60 mb; w m. Zaświatycze- 1483,50 mb w celu poprawy jakości dostarczanej wody oraz zapewnienia ciągłości jej dostaw do mieszkańców gm. Hanna. Ponadto w ramach realizacji projektu zakłada się dostawę oraz wymianę wodomierzy u mieszkańców wraz z instalacją systemu zdalnego odczytu. W wyniki realizacji projektu planuje się zastąpić starą technologię SUW na nowoczesną. Zastosowane nowe rozwiązania pozwolą na ciągłą dostawę wody spełniającej normy czystości określone prawem. Częścią planowanego proj. jest również stworzenie e-BOK w celu optymalizacji obsługi klientów - odbiorców wody. Grupa docelowa: mieszkańcy gminy Hanna. Cel gł. zapewnienie mieszkańcom gm. Hanna ciągłości dostaw wody o parametrach zgodnych z Rozp. MZ z dn. 29.03.2007 w sprawie jakości wody przeznaczonej do spożycia. Wskaźniki: Rezultat: Liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego zaopatrzenia w wodę (CI18 ) - 3071 osób, Produkt: Liczba wspartych stacji uzdatniania wody [szt.] | rozliczeniowy - 1 szt. The planned project will consist of the completion of 3 deep water wells for the collective supply of water to the inhabitants of Hanna, to rebuild and expand the existing SUW building (expansion of the existing SUW building), renovation of the retention tanks, reconstruction of fencing, lighting, refurbishment of external and internal sanitary installations, electrical installations, construction of water supply systems from wells to SUW, electrical supply installations for the monitoring, replacement of technology equipment and the formation of communications equipment. Construction of the casing and fencing of wells of the wells No 4 and 5 and the casing of wells No 1A, — construction of three sections of the water mains from the PVC pipes and the PE linking the existing water supply network. in the village of Durhobdy — 723,90mb and 151,20mb on the runway of Provincial Road No 816; m. Kuvalve — 1266,60 mb; in the first place, 1483,50 mb in order to improve the quality of the water supplied and to ensure the continuity of its supplies to the inhabitants of Hanna, In addition, as part of the project, there is a presumption of delivery and exchange of water meters to the inhabitants, with the installation of a remote reading system. The project is intended to replace the old SUW technology into a modern one. The new solutions used will permit the continuous supply of water meeting the standards of purity laid down by law. The creation of e-BOK is also part of the planned project in order to optimise customer service. Audience: inhabitants of the Municipality of Hanna. Aim of ensuring the continuity of water supply to the inhabitants of the Municipality of Hannover with parameters compatible with Regulation (EC) No 1290/2005. MZ from 29.03.2007 on the quality of water intended for consumption.
