Cel bezpośredni projektu-doposażenie jednostki OSP w Lubochni, będącej w KSRG w samochód ratowniczo- gaśniczy niezbędny do skutecznego prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych oraz usuwania skutków zagrożeń naturalnych, w tym wyposażenie w sprzęt służący do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych. Cel ten pozwoli na usprawnienie oraz podniesienie jakości funkcjonowania OSP w Lubochni, co przyczyni się w sposób bezpośredni do wzrostu bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców gm. Lubochnia oraz całego pow. tomaszowskiego, jak również ochrony cennych kompleksów przyrodniczych, w tym obszarów Natura 2000. Cel pośredni projektu - zmniejszanie skutków zagrożeń naturalnych oraz poważnych katastrof i awarii na terenie gm. Lubochnia oraz terenie pow. tomaszowskiego, poprzez rozwój KSRG. Cel ten wpłynie na zabezpieczenie gm. Lubochnia oraz pow. tomaszowskiego przed takimi zagrożeniami jak m.in.: awarie w zakładach zwiększonego ryzyka, w których występuje możliwość emisji substancji niebezpiecznych do otoczenia, miejscowe zagrożenia związane z przewozem drogowym oraz kolejowym materiałów niebezpiecznych, pożary i zagrożenia naturalne wywołane gwałtownymi zjawiskami atmosferycznymi, pożary wielkopowierzchniowych obiektów. Realizacja celu nastąpi poprzez wskaźnik rezultatu bezpośredniego-doposażenie w sprzęt do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof 1 jednostki służb ratowniczych OSP w Lubochni. Cel generalny projektu - przeciwdziałanie powstawaniu zagrożeń środowiskowych i zmniejszanie ich skutków oraz wzrost bezpieczeństwa środowiska naturalnego w woj. łódzkim, a dzięki temu zmniejszenie strat spowodowanych skutkami nagłych awarii technicznych bądź technologicznych wywołanych działalnością człowieka oraz strat spowodowanych nagłymi zjawiskami atmosferycznymi. Zrealizowane będą 3 zadania: opracowanie studium wykonalności, zakup samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego oraz promocja projektu. Grupą docelową są głównie mieszkańcy oraz przedsiębiorcy gm. Lubochnia i pow. tomaszowskiego. (Polish)

The objective will be to improve and improve the quality of the operation of the TSO in Lubuskie, which will contribute directly to the increase in the safety of the inhabitants of Lubochnia and the whole of the tomast, as well as the protection of valuable natural complexes, including Natura 2000 sites. Indirect objective of the project — reducing the impact of natural hazards and major accidents and accidents on the site of Lubochia and on the tomast, through the development of the KSRG. This objective will affect the safety of Lubochnia and the mast against such risks as, inter alia, the following: accidents in lower-tier establishments presenting the possibility of emissions of dangerous substances to the environment, local hazards associated with road and rail transport of dangerous goods, fires and natural hazards caused by rapid atmospheric fires, large-scale fires. The objective will be achieved by providing a direct result indicator for providing equipment for rescue and clean-up operations of 1 emergency services units of the TSO in Lubochni. The general objective of the project — preventing and reducing the effects of environmental risks and increasing the safety of the natural environment in Łódź Province, thereby reducing the losses caused by the consequences of sudden technical or technological failure caused by human activity and the losses caused by urgent atmospheric phenomena. 3 tasks will be carried out: the development of a feasibility study, the purchase of a rescue and firefighting vehicle and the promotion of the project. The target group is mainly the inhabitants and entrepreneurs of Lubochnia and powderów. (English)
