Przedmiotem projektu jest unowocześnienie bazy kształcenia zawodowego w Specjalnym Ośrodku Szkolno-Wychowawczym Nr 2 w Grudziądzu poprzez inwestycje w infrastrukturę edukacyjną i szkoleniową pracowni i warsztatów kształcących w zawodach: cukiernik, fotograf, fryzjer, monter zabudowy i robót wykończeniowych w budownictwie oraz pracownik pomocniczy obsługi hatelowej oraz w pracowni komputerowej i komunikacji w języku obcym.
