Realizacja celu przyczynią się do podniesienia poziomu kompetencji i umiejętności zaw.osób dorosłych, jak również pozwoli na zwiększenie zatrudnialności uczniów szkół kszt.zaw., co wpłynie na podniesie jakość i efektywności kszt. zawodowej w Ostródzie.
