Projekt je zaměřen na prevenci ohrožení dětí ve školním prostředí. Zavedením inovativních metod (case-management a nový nástroj pro mapování potřeb dětí) do každodenní praxe pracovníků s dítětem a rodinou dojde k zefektivnění preventivní podpory skrze rozvoj silných stránek dětí a jejich pečujících osob. Výstupem projektu bude ověření nových metod pro práci s dětmi a rodinami v prostředí venkovských sociálně vyloučených lokalit několika regionů. Projekt podpoří 35 osob nadbagatelní podporou. (Czech)

The project is aimed at preventing children at risk at school. Through the introduction of innovative methods (cap-management and a new tool for the mapping of children’s needs), preventive support will be made more effective by developing the strengths of children and their carers. The outcome of the project will be the verification of new methods for working with children and families in rural socially excluded localities in several regions. The project will support 35 enthusiasts. (English)
