    Cílem projektu je zajistit růst kvality intervencí ve prospěch osob s demencí v okrese Ústí nad Orlicí, o které pečují neformální pečující. Projekt řeší nastavení spolupráce poskytovatelů sociálních služeb (pobytových či terénních služeb) osobám s demencí s neformálními pečovateli, především přenosem odborných znalostí a dovedností směrem k neformálním pečujícím (vzděláváním, stážemi, konzultacemi apod.) a nastavením a ověřením využitelnosti sdílené péče.     The aim of the project is to ensure the growth in the quality of interventions in favour of people living with dementia in the district of Ústí nad Orlicí. The project deals with setting up cooperation between social services (residential or field) providers with dementia with informal carers, in particular by transferring expertise and skills to informal care (education, traineeships, consultation, etc.) and by adjusting and verifying the usability of shared care.
