Projekt přispívá ke zlepšování či obnově schopnosti sociálního fungování v cílové skupině a k jejímu zplnomocňování, aby dokázala sama měnit podmínky svých životů. Zaměřuje se na prevenci ztráty bydlení v Kraslicích v cílové skupině a na její aktivní účast na řešení problémů s bydlením. Osoby ze SVL budou zapojeny do participace na rozhodování v oblasti bydlení. Bude vytvořena a pilotována koncepce soc. bydlení. Projektem bude podpořeno nejméně 50 osob prací realizačního týmu nad 40 hod. (Czech)

The project contributes to the improvement or restoration of the social function in the target group and to its mandate, in order to be able to change the conditions of their lives alone. It focuses on the prevention of loss of housing in the target group and its active participation in solving housing problems. The partners in the LAS will be involved in the participation in the decision making in the housing sector. The concept of housing is created and piloted. The project will be supported by at least 50 people working on the implementation team above 40. (English)
