Projekt je zaměřen na zvyšování pracovních kompetencí obyvatel kadaňských SVL, především Prunéřova a Tušimic, a jejich podporu při vstupu na trh práce. 110 osobám bude poskytováno individuální pracovní poradenství, 72 z toho projde motivačními kurzy a 60 kurzy zvyšování finanční a funkční gramotnosti. 50 osobám bude usnadněno rozhodování o pracovním uplatnění pracovní diagnostikou a 10 si před nástupem do zaměstnání pozici osahá v tréninku. Předpokládáme umístění 20 osob v legálním zaměstnání. (Czech)

The project aims at enhancing the working competencies of the people of the Gdansk LECL, in particular Prunéřov and Tušic, and their support to enter the labour market. 110 individuals will be provided with personalised advice, 72 of which through incentives courses and 60 courses to increase financial and functional literacy. 50 people will be made easier to make decisions on the job application of the diagnosed and 10 jobs and go hand in hand with training before taking up employment. We envisage the placement of 20 people in legal employment. (English)
