The aim is to systematically implement the principles of gender equality at different levels of the city of Jilemnice and their strategic backing. In ‘inward’, the project develops a functioning gender action, improves the conditions for the life balance and balances the chances of career growth. In ‘outwards’, the role of the town of Jilemnice, as a trendsettera, as a trendmap in the field of gender mainstreaming plays an important role in gender stereotyping in the context of public administration, reiterates the importance of CSR and undermines gender inequalities.
