Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa rewitalizacja rejonu dawnej wsi Oksywie z ulicami Dickmana, Śmidowicza na obszarze o pow. ok. 193 ha zamieszkałą przez ok. 2 500 osób będąca indywidualnie określoną w ramach GPR strategią wzajemnie powiązanych działań obejmujących: - stworzenie Domu Sąsiedzkiego przy ulicy Śmidowicza 49, - stworzenie traktu pieszego i parku leśnego pomiędzy ul. Bosmańską i Żeglarzy, - prace przy lokalu na ul. Płk. Dąbka 52, - budowę u. Makowskiego z przejściem do ul. Arciszewskich i wykonanie chodnika wzdłuż ul. Arciszewskich, - zagospodarowanie przestrzeni publicznej przy ul. Arciszewskich, - przebudowę układu komunikacyjnego w obrębie centrum dawnej wsi Oksywie, - stworzenie boisk w sąsiedztwie V LO, - zagospodarowanie Osady Rybackiej, - modernizację wybranych elementów części wspólnych w mieszkalnych budynkach komunalnych i wspólnot mieszkaniowych oraz - realizowane w bezpośrednim powiązaniu działania społeczne w ramach instrumentu elastyczności. The project consists of a comprehensive regeneration of the ancient village of Oksywie with the streets of Dickman, Śmidovich in the area with a coating area. 193 ha residing in some 2 500 individually defined in the framework of the GPR, a strategy of interlinked actions including: The creation of a 49 ‘Śmidovich’ House, the creation of a pedestrian and a forest park between ul. Bomańska and Żeglarzy, — works on the premises at ul. Col. Dąbka 52, — building in. Makowski to go to ul. Arciszewskich and the execution of the pavement along the street Arciszewskich, managing public spaces at ul. Arciszewskie, — redevelopment of the communication system within the centre of the former Oksyie village, — the creation of a field in the vicinity of V LO, — the management of the fisheries area, — modernisation of selected components of shared parts in the residential buildings and housing units, and — directly linked to social action under the Flexibility Instrument.
