Głównym celem niniejszej usługi doradczej jest zwiększanie międzynarodowej ekspansji przedsiębiorstwa, która przyczyni się do rozpoczęcia handlu zagranicą i zwiększenia poziomu handlu zagranicznego w sektorze MŚP. Celami pośrednimi jest pozyskanie nowych klientów, a także wzrost przychodów przedsiębiorstwa oraz dywersyfikacja działalności właśnie poprzez eksport produktów na wybrane rynki docelowe. Usługa doradcza obejmuję : 1. krótki opis historii i działalności 2. analizę możliwości eksportowych przedsiębiorcy poprzez zbadanie produktów/usług przedsiębiorstwa oraz kompleksowe zbadanie uwarunkowań działalności do podjęcia eksportu 3. przegląd strategicznych rynków w tym określenie 4 wybranych europejskich rynków docelowych 4. ocenę pozycji konkurencyjnej tych produktów oraz przedsiębiorstwa na wybranych rynkach 5. określenie celów strategicznych i operacyjnych w kontekście planowanej działalności eksportowej przedsiębiorstwa (w tym strategia eksportowa w zakresie produktu, ceny, dystrybucji, promocji) 6. przeprowadzenie analizy aktów prawnych, procedur dla 4 rynków 7. analizę dotychczasowego modelu biznesowego przedsiębiorstwa wraz z propozycją zmian tego modelu pod kątem internacjonalizacji na wybranych rynkach , 8. wskazanie i uzasadnienie wyboru działań rekomendowanych do wdrożenia strategii przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie internacjonalizacji, Opracowanie będzie miało zindywidualizowany i spersonalizowany charakter, uwzględniało specyfikę działalności przedsiębiorstwa oraz jego oferty oraz będzie określać strategię przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie internacjonalizacji.
