A&M Sp. z o.o. (dalej: A&M) współtworzą kreatywne osoby o wzajemnie uzupełniających się kompetencjach, które pozwoliły im na zaprojektowanie i wykonanie prototypu klocków Smile Blocks. Dzięki doświadczeniu Mateusza Krupy (właściciel Adriatica), Joanny Jasińskiej (Senior Operations Associate WNS), Inez Krupy (dział projektowo-konstruktorski Adriatica), Iwony Sadowskiej (grafik komputerowy), Aleksandra Krupy (finalista w konkursie matematycznym na poziomie wojewódzkim) oraz Dominiki Czechowskiej (Menedżer kierunku Turystyka i Rekreacja na WSB w Gdańsku, właścicielka Design & Business) marka Smile Blocks ma szanse znaleźć odbiorców na rynku polskim i europejskim. Wprowadzeniu na rynek rozwiązania sprzyja ponadto ogólnie panujący trend w zakresie zwiększania udziału sprzedaży klocków i zestawów do budowania w ogólnej wartości rynku zabawek w Polsce. Projekt realizowany będzie w siedzibie Spółki. A&M zakłada na potrzeby projektu realizację 10 zadań, w tym również zakup środków trwałych w postaci wyposażenia parku maszynowego (ploter tnący CNC, ploter stołowy do druku UV, wiertarko-frezarka kolumnowa), samochodu, telefonu komórkowego oraz 2 mobilnych stacji roboczych. Ponadto Wnioskodawca skupi swoje działania w ramach projektu na uzyskaniu ochrony wzorów przemysłowych na terenie Polski i UE. Spółka ma zamiar zrealizować również działania mające na celu zapewnienie przedsiębiorstwu efektywnego rozwoju. Do zadań tych należeć będzie m.in: wyszukiwanie potencjalnych kontrahentów (przedszkoli, firm eventowych, korporacji) oraz nawiązanie współpracy z podmiotami rynku zabawek, pobudzanie świadomości na temat produktów Smile Blocks oraz zwiększanie zainteresowania potencjalnych klientów poprzez sesje zdjęciowe i emitowanie filmów reklamowych. Środki na realizację projektu będą pochodzić ze środków własnych wspólników oraz w razie zaistnienia takiej potrzeby z pożyczki/kredytu bankowego (wspólnicy posiadają łącznie zdolność kredytową na całość kwoty projektu). (hereinafter:And & M) co-create creative people with complementary competences that have allowed them to design and implement the Smile Block prototype.With the experience of Mateusz Krupa (owner of Adriatica), Ms Joanna Jasiński (Senior Operations Associate WNS), Ms Inez Krupa (Project and Construction Unit Adriatica), Iwona Sadowska (graphic designer), Aleksandra Krupa (finalist for a mathematical competition at regional level) and Dominika Czechowska (Meneder Tourism Direction and Recreation on the WSB’s WSB in Gdansk, the owner of Design & Business), the brand of Smille Bloks has an opportunity to find customers on the Polish and European markets.In addition, the market introduction of the solution favours, in general, the prevailing trend of increasing the proportion of sales of toy blocks and assemblies into the overall value of the toy market in Poland.The project will be carried out at the company’s premises.And & M assumes 10 tasks for the project, including the purchase of fixed assets in the form of machinery equipment (CNC cutting ploter, UV plom, born-milling machines), cars, mobile phones and 2 mobile workstations.In addition, the applicant will focus its activities on obtaining the protection of industrial designs in Poland and in the EU.It also intends to implement measures aimed at ensuring an effective development of the company.These tasks include:search for potential contractors (kindergartens, inventory companies, corporations) and collaboration with toy market players, stimulating awareness about Smille Block products and increasing the interest of potential customers through photo sessions and the issuing of advertising films.The resources for the project will come from the own resources of the shareholders and, if the need arises from a loan/bank loan (shareholders have a total credit of a total of the amount of the project).
