Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie i rozwinięcie kompetencji cyfrowych dorosłych mieszkańców gmin wiejskich i miejsko-wiejskich woj. kujawsko-pomorskiego i łódzkiego. Cele szczegółowe to m.in.: 1) propagowanie wśród beneficjentów korzystania z e-administracji; 2) podniesienie kompetencji cyfrowych uczestników szkoleń; 3) propagowanie internetu jako przydatnego w życiu codziennym narzędzia; 4) promowanie wśród dorosłych mieszkańców gmin objętych projektem idei uczenia się przez całe życie ("long-life learning"). Cele te będą osiągnięte przez udzielenie grantów dla gmin na przeprowadzenie szkoleń wg opracowanych przez nas scenariuszy, które zostanie poprzedzone działaniami promocyjnymi. Dla osiągnięcia jak najlepszych efektów szkoleniowych instruktorzy zgłoszeni przez grantobiorców będą objęci wsparciem kadry trenerskiej. Postępy w realizacji będą mierzone na bieżąco, a część mikroprojektów będzie monitorowane w ramach wizyt. Projektem objętych zostanie 3900 osób. (Polish)

The main aim of the project is to increase and develop the digital competences of the inhabitants of rural and urban-rural inhabitants of Kujawsko-Pomorskie and Łódzkie provinces.The specific objectives include:(1) promoting the use of eGovernment among beneficiaries;2) raising the digital competence of trainees;(3) promoting the Internet as a useful tool in everyday life;4) Promoting lifelong learning among the adult population in the municipalities concerned.These objectives will be achieved by providing grants to municipalities for training in accordance with the scenarios we have developed, which will be preceded by promotion measures.In order to achieve the best possible training outcomes, the instructors nominated by the grant holders will be supported by trainers.Progress in implementation will be measured on an ongoing basis and some of the micro-projects will be monitored on the basis of the visits.The project will cover 3900 people.
